BLACK WATER LINKS
Black Water Links Golf Course Rules and Regulations
All persons present in the area of the "Black Water Links" golf course complex are obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules for safe stay in the area and observe the arrangements set forth in the regulations. In addition, each person present in the area of the "Black Water Links" golf course is obliged to - get acquainted with the safety rules and observe the regulations.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- The golf course is exclusively for golf and related activities;
- Use of the golf course is permitted only to persons who are Black Water Links Club Members, Guests of the Club and who hold a Handicap Card or Green Card;
- Receipt of the Green Fee is tantamount to reading and accepting the terms of use of the Black Water Links facility;
- Staying on the grounds of the golf complex and using the golf facilities and equipment on the grounds of the golf complex is equivalent to accepting the contents of the rules and regulations and agreeing to abide by the provisions contained therein;
- All persons in the golf complex are required to follow the instructions of Black Water Links staff;
- Persons who do not comply with the provisions of the rules may be asked to leave the Golf Complex;
- Black Water Links is not responsible for any damage caused by failure to comply with the rules and regulations. Black Water Links shall not be liable for any damage caused while on the golf complex premises, in particular for damage to property or person caused by the fault or negligence of persons playing or staying on the golf complex premises. All persons on the territory of the golf complex stay there at their own risk and expense;
- Black Water Links is not responsible for any property left or lost at the golf complex;
- Smoking of tobacco products is allowed only in places designated for this purpose;
- The R&A, local rules and rules of golf etiquette apply at Black Water Links Golf Course;
- The staff of Black Water Links, after providing a reason in advance, may close the golf course or driving range (e.g. due to prevailing weather conditions).
SECURITY:
- Prohibited:
- Hitting shots when there is a risk of hitting people on the golf course;
- making test sweeps on the tee damaging the grass;
- Dumping garbage and cigarette butts on the grass;
- playing on a golf course without a valid Green Fee ticket;
- Ball games from the driving range on the golf course;
- playing on a closed golf course;
- Driving electric forklifts after consuming alcohol;
- Disrupting other players in any way, especially making noise, using words commonly considered offensive or any other behavior not in keeping with golf etiquette;
- Players should pay attention to the safety of other people and greenkeeping staff working on the golf course.
- Upon hearing one continuous beep, stop play immediately and proceed to the Club Building immediately.
- Husqvarna brand autonomous mowing robots are at work on the golf course and training areas. Please do not touch the mowers. The golf course is not responsible for any damage to equipment and personal belongings left on the grass unattended.
BEFORE THE RUN:
- Each entrance to the golf course and golf academy should be registered at the reception for a minimum of 20 minutes Before the scheduled start, after prior tee-time reservations, both by Club Members and Guests of the Club;
- Do not start the game, in case the people in front of you do not leave at a distance that ensures safety;
- A valid Green Fee ticket or name badge entitling both Club Members and Guests to play during the season is required. Lack of a valid Green Fee ticket may result in a fine of PLN 1000;
- Players are asked to appear on the starting tee at least 5 minutes before the designated starting time. Failure to appear at the designated time may result in forfeiture of the round;
- The standard at Black Water Links is to combine players into groups of 4;
- If a player has booked a tee time and for some reason cannot attend, the Black Water Links Staff must be informed. In case of notorious failure to cancel tee time, the Club reserves the right to financially penalize the golfer in question.
START OF THE ROUND:
- A maximum of 4 players can play in one group. A single player has no priority or privileges on the golf course;
- Each player is required to have his golf bag and pitchfork. The Marshall has the right to ask to show the pitchfork at any time during the round.
DURING THE ROUND:
- A round of golf on 18 holes should last a maximum of 5 hours or, in the case of 9 holes, a maximum of 2.5 hours. If a hole's playing time is exceeded, it is mandatory to pick up the ball and go to the next hole.
- If you notice a problem related to the pace of the game - inform the Black Water Links Staff.
- The Marshal or any other Black Water Links Employee has the right to impose a fine of £200 to all those who do not repair divots, pitchmarks, rake bunkers, drive handcarts or electric Club Car type roughs or litter the field. The entire amount will go to the Black Water Links junior support program.
- Maintaining the pace of the game:
- Provisional balls should be played;
- The ball can be searched for max 3 min;
- results should be recorded on the next tee box, not on the green;
- should be maintained behind the flight in front of the player at a distance of one shot;
- Players playing slower are required to let the groups waiting behind them pass;
- golf equipment should always be left in the direction of the next hole;
- the "ready golf" rule should be applied, i.e., whoever is ready, plays;
- You should always play from the appropriate tees;
- If the ball is hit towards other people, they should be warned by shouting "FORE!";
- After finishing play on a particular hole, players are required to leave the green immediately.
